The RS-485 (or EIA-485) communication standard, commonly used in industrial communication, is generally not directly recognized by computers. The EPC6300 USB-RS485 converter transforms the electrical signals of this standard into the USB standard supported by all computers. As a result of this conversion, communication between a device supporting the RS-485 standard and computers becomes possible. The 1-Channel Isolated USB-RS485 Converter provides secure, stable, and isolated communication over a single line between computers or control systems and RS485-based devices. Thanks to optical isolation and built-in protection circuits, it offers error-free data transfer even in noisy environments.
