The PWM Control Device is an industrial-grade control module developed for driving various inductive actuators, especially proportional valves, with high precision and desired PWM parameters. With 2 independent PWM outputs, it provides stable and reliable control in single or dual actuator systems. The device offers actuator driving capability up to 45 V – 3 A, allowing it to be safely used across a wide range of applications. The 3 analog and 3 digital inputs on the device enhance the system's feedback and control capabilities. One of the digital inputs can be defined as an emergency stop, ensuring operator safety and system protection. The analog inputs allow PID closed-loop control using data from sources such as pressure sensors, position sensors, or current feedback. All PID parameters, driving modes, sensor calibrations, and PWM configurations (frequency, duty cycle, etc.) can be easily configured via Modbus RTU communication. PWM values can also be set manually if desired. With its robust hardware, high control precision, and flexible configuration options, this PWM control device offers a reliable solution across a wide range of applications from hydraulic/pneumatic valves to electromechanical actuators.
