IOMiX600

Multi-Purpose I/O Device

The Multi-Purpose Industrial I/O Device combines analog inputs, RTD temperature sensor inputs, digital inputs, and digital relay outputs in a single compact unit. It is compatible with all automation systems via RS-485 Modbus RTU communication. With optional Ethernet, WiFi, and GPRS support, it provides remote access to field data, remote control, fast communication over Modbus TCP, and IoT integration. The IOMiX600 device allows relay outputs to be controlled via data sent from a PC over Modbus RTU (optionally Modbus TCP). By connecting contactors to these relays, higher electrical power devices can be controlled. Thanks to opto-isolated inputs, digital data can be received from automation systems (sensors, buttons, etc.). Temperature can be read using the onboard temperature sensor readers. Analog data from voltage-output sensors can also be read through the analog inputs.

The thermocouple type can be independently selected for each channel, providing maximum flexibility in processes using mixed sensor configurations. With support for 2 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, and 2 analog outputs, it offers control, monitoring, and external system interaction features in addition to temperature measurement. Voltage-Current Meter

The EPA1000 is a professional voltage-current monitoring device designed for use in energy monitoring, power analysis systems, motor driver applications, and R&D test benches. It converts voltage and current signals connected to its probes into digital data with high accuracy and can communicate via Ethernet and RS-485 (Modbus RTU). Additionally, the device can output the measured current information as a 0–10 V analog output; this allows the measured current information to be monitored on laboratory devices such as oscilloscopes. The EPA1000 can measure up to 3 voltage channels and 3 current channels. Depending on the connected current probe type, the device supports current measurement in wide ranges such as 100 A, 500 A, or 1000 A.

Vehicle Tracker

This compact vehicle tracking device transmits location information received from the GPS module to the server via GPRS communication, enabling real-time tracking of vehicles. With dimensions of 73 mm × 45 mm, it is smaller than many tracking devices on the market, and with a design even narrower and shorter than a credit card, it is extremely easy to hide inside vehicles. The 2 digital inputs and 1 digital output on the device provide the ability to monitor and control the status of ignition, doors, sensors, or other vehicle equipment. LED indicators on the device allow quick observation of power status, GPS satellite connection, and server communication status. The advanced hardware watchdog mechanism ensures that the device automatically recovers in case of possible communication disconnections, lockups, or system errors, guaranteeing uninterrupted communication. Additionally, the device encrypts its proprietary data protocol with AES128 and securely transmits data to the server. If desired, the software protocol can be customized in a format suitable for customer needs.

BLE Gateway

The BLE – IoT Gateway is a compact and versatile communication solution that can transmit data received from Bluetooth Low Energy sensors to the server via WiFi, Ethernet, or GPRS.
